What if you had a foolproof wardrobe? One that transforms you into “a natural” who can throw together amazing outfits, every time?
"I went shopping in person for the first time since I've started this course. I'm becoming more strategic about my shopping rather than looking around and hoping to buy something." - Charles
Peter's unequivocally the best guide I've ever come across on building your personal style and dressing well. He teaches you to think about fit, texture, color, and matching at a very detailed level that gives you confidence to create a wardrobe around your own lifestyle." - Jason S.
"Just had a Summer Wedding where I had to pick out clothes on the fly, and your program made it way easier. Thanks for that!" - Chris P.
Some guys seem to have it all.
You know who I'm talking about.
You scroll through Instagram after Instagram of guys who live the life you imagined you'd have by now.
Shots of expertly made cocktails, infinity pools on vacation, and group after group of smiling friends.
And every shot of them, impeccable, amazing style.
The thing is, you know these guys.
You're just as successful as them. You're the same age, and yeah, sometimes they're even younger than you. (Dammit!)
You’ve made leaps in your career but you wonder: "Why do I still feel and look the same?"
When you look at them, you see success.
So you wonder: "What do people see when they look at me?"
Tell me the truth, have you ever thought this to yourself?
You're not alone!
When I worked as a menswear designer, guys would ask me all the time what can they wear to look more successful. And now I hear it all the time from the thousands of readers I get a day on The Essential Man.
These men are successful, just like you. Yet, there are parts of their lives that haven't quite caught up.
Whether it's because you're so busy you have to make sacrifices when it comes to your goals, or just have no idea where to start.
That "Successful Version of You" you envisioned still feels like a dream.
It's disappointing to feel like you're not being seen for who you really are.
And that disappointment can have a huge effect on your confidence, career, and relationships.
You open your closet FULL of clothes and say to yourself:
“Shit. I have nothing to wear.”
You start pulling out hangers looking for ANYTHING to wear.
Before you know it, you got a huge pile of clothes on your bed and you’re running late.
You say "Whatever", and grab the same outfit you always wear.
At lunch, you pick up the latest GQ. You skim through some style blogs on your phone. You know these guys look good, but you have no idea why.
"Can I even pull any of this off?" You think.
You're not sure you can, but you need some inspiration cause you're heading to the mall after work to shop.
You walk into the store.
That feeling of overwhelm hits you.
You're already annoyed. There’s just so much clothes.
"Where do I start?"
"What do I even need?"
"How do I wear these colors?"
"How is this supposed to fit?"
"God, there's so many people here."
You haven't even tried anything on yet but you're already ready to leave.
Before you know it, you've spent what seems like hours in one store!
You decide to grab a couple of shirts just so you can get the hell of there.
The next morning, you wake up to the same packed closet of clothes you hate. And it starts all over again. You've got nothing to wear.
It’s frustrating as hell.
If you ever opened your packed closet and thought "I have nothing to wear", you might be wondering what's going on.
Why's it so hard to find a good outfit, even if have a ton of clothes?
There’s a scientific term for this, and it’s called the Paradox of Choice.
The more options you are presented with, the harder it is to actually make a decision.
But that's just part of the problem.
What most guys do next is the biggest contributor to bad style:
They go out, frustrated, and buy more clothes.
Here's why that's a bad idea: When you're shopping frustrated, you're more likely to make some bad decisions.
Think about it.
When you’re starving and have nothing to eat at home, what do you do? Are you heading over to Whole Foods and buying some lean chicken breasts and kale?
You’re pulling up to that McDonald’s and getting a Big Mac meal. (Large Coke. Also an order of nuggets, please.)
Buying more clothes also makes your closet bigger, making the Paradox of Choice problem EVEN WORSE.
And then what happens? The cycle repeats!
I've seen this so many times with guys that I've given it a name: Panic Mode Shopping
Don't worry. This isn't me now. This was me in high school.
In high school I had NO IDEA what it meant to 'dress nice'. In fact, I thought caring about how you look was superficial.
My idea of a nice outfit was oversized shirts, baggy jeans, and Nikes. (Because that's what the popular kids were wearing)
My interest in clothes wasn't until college, when my crush took me into a Marc Jacobs store. I had no idea who he was, but I decided that I would learn everything about him and fashion to try and impress her. (It didn't work)
Even though I didn't win her heart, something else happened...I took that knowledge and started dressing better. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to change majors, move to NYC and study menswear at Parsons.
After college, I began working with high-end menwear designers like Robert Geller and designing numerous private labels, I even started my own luxury leather jacket line!
ACTOR KEVIN HART WEARING ONE OF MY LEATHER DESIGNS ON SNL
I spent the next 11 years mastering the craft of amazing style (and looking good while doing it).
Now, I dedicate my time to show successful, busy men how to look really fucking good.
If you told chubby, frizzy haired high school Peter that he would not only be dressing nice, but he would be teaching men around the world how to have great style, he would have called you insane.
But here's the important lesson of my story...
Nobody is born with great style.
There's no such thing as a "natural".
Dressing well, looking great, is a skill. Just like cooking or playing the guitar. And like all skills, it can be improved! You know what else I learned?
Your body type doesn't really matter either.
Whether you're short and stocky, or a 6 foot 8 inch superstar athelete, great style has less to do with your body type, and more to do with the clothes you actually put on your body.
We judge each other by the way we look.
Even guys that say "looks shouldn't matter, she should like me for who I am!" wants to date an attractive woman!
Think about it: Why do you get dressed a certain way for work?
Because you know if you came into the office for a meeting in sweatpants and a beat-up college t-shirt, you'd get fired.
How we look symbolizes our choices in life. When you dress well, it signals to your date that this is a man who has his life together. When you dress with authority, like a boss or expert, people at work will treat you like one.
The great thing is, we can control how people think of us by improving our style choices.
Since I started The Essential Man, I've been flooded with tons of requests on how to build the perfect wardrobe.
That's why I wanted to create the definitive program to show you how to go from a closet packed full of clothes, to the perfect self-working wardrobe that makes looking good effortless.

“Biggest success has been a look that defines my brand and gives me confidence. I speak at a lot of marketing conferences, and at the first one donning Peter's look there were about five Instagram posts from members of the audience complementing my look. Exactly what I wanted in order to position myself as a premium consultant.” - Drew, who recently worked with Shopify

I’m going to be honest with you. No, you don’t.
There are a ton of cheap, even free, advice out there you can sort through to try and improve your style.
Here are some other alternatives:
Pick up some men’s style magazines Think about the last time you opened up a men’s style magazine. Did you think “I know that looks good, but I don’t know why.” I love men’s style magazines. It’s a great place to learn about new trends. But we’re not all 6’2” models. Will the clothes work on you? Will it work for what you want to achieve with your style?
Browse through men’s style blogs and forums Most blogs are written by enthusiasts that have never actually worked with men 1-on-1 to improve their style. Forums are filled with tons of info that often require hours of searching through. Who’s giving the advice? How do you know if it's good or bad?
Subscription boxes Great and convenient option to make shopping easier, but it doesn’t show you how to take control of your own style. Relying on subscription boxes to show you the HOW is like getting food delivered to teach you how to cook.
Ask your female friend/girlfriend/wife Sure, they could point out things they like on men. But let me ask you this, would you feel confident giving your girlfriend or wife style advice based on what you like on her?
Keep doing what you do Ask yourself, why hasn’t it worked yet? How long is it going to take?
I recently worked on a personal transformation goal of my own: to get in the best shape of my life.
I’ve been successful in almost all areas of my life, but reaching the vision I had for my fitness and how I wanted my body to look always eluded me.
I read all the 5 star fitness books on Amazon, I’ve bought dozens of issues of Men’s Health, sorted through fitness discussions on reddit.
Hell, I even joined Crossfit for a year. I made progress, got stronger, but never reached my full potential.
It was frustrating.
During a dinner with a friend of mine in the West Village, he told me how he had recently hired a business coach.
It was a huge surprise, because my friend is probably one of the most successful guys I know. (In the first year of his business, he pulled in over a million dollars.)
And here he was, telling me how he was paying nearly $2,000 an HOUR to someone to learn how to grow his business.
That’s when it really hit me.
Getting the best things in life - the best career, the best body, the best style - isn’t an accident.
Michael Phelps isn’t swimming in a pool alone leading up to the Olympics, he’s working with top coaches like Bob Bowman.
Conor McGregor has coaches that specialize in movement, grappling, and striking.
Even Adele, with her amazing voice, has a vocal coach.
Successful people constantly seek guidance from experts to stay successful.
LOOK AT THAT JAWLINE!
After that dinner, I went and hired a 20+ time award winning natural bodybuilder and coach to program my routine. The results have been life changing.
I’ve dropped 47lbs last year for my wedding.
It wasn’t just about losing the weight. That was nice.
The real benefit was the peace of mind that came with his help.
I didn’t need to worry if I was doing something wrong.
I stopped wasting hours asking a bunch of amateurs online for advice, trying to sort out what was good and what was bullshit.
I got the results I wanted fast.
This tweet from Amy Hoy sums it up perfectly:
This is what happens when you decide to seek world class advice:
You get world class results.
And this is the guiding principle behind Effortless Style. To deliver you world class guidance to improve your style and make you look the best you've ever looked.
"Re-building my wardrobe has been great. [I] feel more confident picking out clothes in the morning." - Ryan
"Thanks again for your assistance. [It] was a great experience and helped me evolve my style. I now have clothes that can be worn in multiple combinations to create different outfits without having to worry about whether they match" - B.D.
Q: "What if I don't know the first thing about clothes?"
If you've never opened up an issue of GQ before in your life, this program is perfect for you.
I designed my program to meet you EXACTLY where you are - whether you've just got your first big raise at your first job and don't know a peak lapel from notched, or you are an avid suit buyer looking for a more casual look.
Q: "How is this different from all the other free stuff out there?"
I guarantee you will learn new ways to approach style and look your best. How Because I've tested my process over the last 4 years with private clients and hundreds of students.
Effortless style goes beyond those "10 pants you should buy" type content out there — I cover how to identify and craft a style that's authentic, giving you step-by-step strategies when it comes to shopping so you're not overwhelmed.
I dive deep into the psychology of your style, and show you how it impacts areas like your career and romantic life. If you've ever felt like you don't get taken seriously at work or during a pitch, or if "that spark" has been fading with your wife, I can show you the exact subtle tweaks you can make to change that.
There's literally no other program like this out there.
Q: "Why is this program 4-Weeks?"
The 4-week program is designed to ensure you have enough time to craft a style perfect for your lifestyle, as well as give you ample time to shop and get feedback from me.
But as a reminder, you have LIFETIME ACCESS to the course and future updates after those 4-weeks. So even if you need to take a break, you can always come back to complete the work.
Q: "What if I don't know what kind of style I want to have?"
That's perfectly ok. The last thing I want you to feel is like you're wearing clothes that aren't really you. I cover how to create an authentic, personal style naturally in the program.
Q: "How much do I need to spend on clothes?"
I have experience working with all types of budgets building great wardrobes for my clients. From men who built their style around J.Crew, to those who built 5-figure wardrobes going full designer and bespoke.
However, I do have a standard when it comes to quality. After spending 14 years as a designer myself, I have an expert understanding of fit, fabric, and construction.
The last thing I want for you is to spend your hard earned money on clothes that need to replaced after a few wears. As a general guideline, my basic recommendation is J.Crew Men’s. If J.Crew Men’s is still too much for your budget, I do not recommend you apply. If you’re still unsure, please re-read the section above to find out if this program is right for you.
Q: "What if I don't live in the U.S.?"
International clients are my favorite to work with!
I've had clients from England, Sweden, to Japan, and as far away as Australia. The advice in this program is universal. When it comes shopping in your respected country, you'll find students from all over the world in the Facebook group to share local stores and brands.
Q: "How much time do I need to work on my style?"
I recommend between 1-2 hours a week.
My lessons and plans are designed for busy guys who hate shopping. I make the process of creating your wardrobe painless. Many of my clients have gone in and out of a store with exactly what they need in 10 minutes. I recommend setting aside at least an hour a week to do some shopping. Of course if you want, you can spend more. The more time you spend, the faster you'll improve your style.
Q: "Is this course right for me? I'm 30 and sold my first start up." "I'm 43 and run a home business." "I'm 52 and own a farm."
I've worked with clients of all ages, from a 22-year-old entrepreneur, to a 52-year-old farmer (yes, it's true).
Typically, my clients are older (30+) and have had success in their careers, and now have the resources to invest in their wardrobes. Maybe you're younger or maybe you're older. Maybe you don't work in tech or run your own business. The real question you have to ask yourself if you're unsure if this program is for you is this:
Are you tired of your style?
Do you finally want to look your absolute best?
If the answer is yes, then this program is perfect for you.
But if you're still on the fence, there's no risk in trying this program. Let me show you...
I’ve seen how this course transforms guys.
They love the comments they get about their new style. They love how they feel everyday. They love how they look.
In fact, if you don’t absolutely love your new wardrobe and how you look at the end of the this course, I’ll refund 100% of your money.
This course is the result of everything I learned working in men’s fashion for the last ten years. It would be easy to just give you a list of things to buy and send you on your way.
That’s not what I want for you.
Building a wardrobe is a process. It’s not going to happen in a day.
I’ve designed a step-by-step course to walk you through the entire process, to go from a cluttered closet, to the perfect essential wardrobe.
It’s like I’m there, in your apartment, working as your personal stylist.
You’re not going to find this anywhere else. And that’s why I’m offering you a 60 day guarantee.
The only thing I ask is that you only request a refund if you've taken my advice, put in the work, and truly aren't happy. I'm not interested in keeping your money if you're not satisfied. But it's just like getting the perfect workout and diet from a trainer. If you don't follow the nutrition plan he makes, and don't show up to the gym, you wouldn't expect results or your money back.
I want you to take the entire course, do the lessons and homework, and build an amazing wardrobe.
And if you aren’t happy with the results, just let me know, and I’ll give you your money back.
"This course simplifies everything you read and see on the internet or magazines. I struggled for the past several years but after going through this course, I get it." - B.D.
"It's allowed me to address some gaps in my wardrobe." - Joey
"[Your course has] changed my entire mindset when buying clothes. My wife loves the outfits I put together. People at my job say Im the best dressed in the office!" - Wayne H.
Look at what men that have used my advice to transform their style have said:
I can't wait to hear and share how your life has changed after we work together.
I’ll be blunt: I’m unapologetic about the investment cost for my program because I've seen the impact it's had on my clients' careers, relationships, and confidence.
Let’s do some math and break down the cost over the next year:
$297/365 = $0.81 a day (I spend more on my morning iced coffee at Starbucks!)
Now think about...
Clothes you’ve wasted hundreds, even thousands, of dollars on in the last year that just sit in your closet.
The times you've pulled something out of your closet that you forgot you even bought.
4 Full bags of clothes of unworn clothes from a client
Bad/unused/forgotten clothes from a clients closet edit. (Estimated waste: $5,000)
How much money are you going to lose this year buying clothes that don’t even look good on you and you won’t wear?
Take 30-seconds to glace at your closet.
How many shirts do you estimate you don't wear anymore?
How many pants did you forget you even own?
Enter a rough estimate of each item in your closet that you don't wear anymore in the calculator.
This will show you how much money you could be wasting on buying the wrong clothes.
How many hours have you wasted sifting through blogs and forums trying to find answers to your style problems?
4 years (!) on a popular men’s style subreddit and still can’t figure it out!
I honestly feel bad for this guy.
But you don’t have to make the same mistake.
THE EFFORTLESS STYLE COURSE
Here's a small preview of what you get:
(That's just $0.81 per day!)
I routinely turn down clients that aren’t a good fit.
This decision costs me thousands and thousands of dollars.
I’m not interested in taking on any client to fill my pockets. That's why I've invested the time and energy to write this detailed page about the program — to make sure I only let in the right guy.
If you've made it this far, it's a good sign!
It’s important that all my clients are successful in looking amazing at the end of our time together.
That’s why I only take clients that are truly a good fit.
I DO NOT work with the following type of men:
What’s even more important than making you look great at the end of the program is making sure you have a great experience during the program.
If you are a great fit and decide to join me in transforming your style, remember that this program is 100% risk free.
If you're unsure and decide not to join, or realize that this progam truly isn't for you, no worries. Please continue to read all the free material on The Essential Man and let me know if there's any way can help you. (You can shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org)
Or it could stay exactly how it is now.
That's a life that's easier to imagine.
If you're content with that, then I'll be upfront as say this program isn't for you.
But if you are one of the few men that want the best in life, it requires investing in yourself.
When I first brainstormed the idea for this program I had one goal: to help men finally look as successful as they are using world class advice and guidance.
It wasn't easy. I have ridiculously high standards, and I'm extremely careful with my reputation. But I'm extremely proud of not only the program I've crafted, but the endless messages from clients showing me how their lives have changed.
Is this program worth it? I'd like to ask you this another way.
If all I did was help you pick out outfits that make you look amazing in 30 seconds, for the rest of your life, would it all be worth it?
If all I did was help you double, even triple, your clients because you have instant credibility and an unforgettable personal brand, would it all be worth it?
If all I did was help get you more compliments from women, would it all be worth it?
Only you can decide that by taking the first step and investing in yourself.
Just know that I'll be there with you at every step as your trusted advisor. Whether or not you decide to join this program, I look forward to helping you in the years to come.
Hope to see you inside.
